Join me on Saturday, February 21st at Kofi's Not So Wine and Wifi Bar from 6:00-9:00 pm, for an evening of fun and laughter as we celebrate femininity, confidence, playfulness, and sisterhood. We're bringing back the nostalgia of sleepovers and pajama parties and leaving all responsibilities at the door.

No. This is a social, gathering curated for enjoyment, connection, and presence — not teaching or instruction.
Do I need to participate in everything?
Not at all. Come as you are. Join what feels good, sit out on what doesn’t.
Is this a wellness or medical event?
No. Wellness moments are conversational and experiential — designed to support rejuvenation, not replace medical advice.
